Our Guest Services team is thrilled to work with you and your students this year! To help create a smooth and memorable experience, we’ve made a few updates to our field trip process for the 2025 – 2026 school year.

Check out availability calendar tab before you add your preferred dates! (Please also make sure your administration has approved the trip and transportation is arranged.
Reminder reservations will be confirmed in the order they are received. Please allow 72 hours for a response.
We also ask that you have confirmed that your choice dates are all cleared with your transportation prior to requesting a reservation.
The following BLACKOUT DATES will not be available for the following 2025 – 2026 school year:
Group Rate Pricing for Field Trips is as follows:
IMPORTANT: Our beloved Holiday Lights experience will be returning for its 23rd year! From September through January, field trip capacity will be limited due to Holiday Lights set up. If visiting during this time, please stay clear of roped off areas, cranes, and closely supervise students at all times.
*** NEW Group Admission Reservation & Billing Policy***
Effective August 1, 2025.
To ensure a smooth experience for all guests and allow for accurate planning of staffing, materials and space, CALM will bill based on the final guest count provided in your Purchase Order (PO) or written confirmation that is submitted no later than 7 days before the scheduled visit. Any additional attendees who arrive on the day of your visit will be invoiced/billed day of at standard group rate.
