We are making a few changes this year to help stream line the reservation process to help make your overall experience at CALM great and our Guest Services team are excited to be working with you this year! Field trips can be booked Tuesday – Friday for the 2024-2025 school year.
BEFORE YOU BOOK!
Before you start the process of booking a Field Trip at CALM, we kindly ask that you obtain proper approval from your administration and ensure that transportation is available on your requested dates. Reservations will be confirmed in the order they were received. Please allow 72 hours for a response.
We also ask that you have confirmed that your choice dates are all cleared with your transportation prior to requesting a reservation.

NEW Group Rate Pricing for Field Trips is as follows:
IMPORTANT: HolidayLights is returning for its 22nd year. From September – January, we will be limited to how many schools we can accommodate safely. If you are scheduled during that time, please remember to stay clear of roped off areas, cranes, and make sure students are being watched diligently.
Curriculum material available for Kindergarten – Third grade upon request.
Cancellation Process: Please notify CALM if you need to cancel your reservation. Groups may cancel up to 48 hours prior to event and receive a full refund. Cancellations not made prior to 48 hours before scheduled event, are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please email calmfieldtrips@kern.org. We understand that weather and life are unpredictable and we are happy to accommodate last minute changes as best we can based on availability.
Payment options: Purchase order (must have on file prior to your field trip and we will bill you after) or pay day of by cash, check, or credit card.
